RULES AND INTERNAL NOTICES LA GRANGE UNGERSHEIM GITE

Security deposit of 500€ not cashed payable on site on your arrival by credit card, check, cash.
Following your reservation, you will receive an email containing the rental contract and the internal regulations to be returned completed and signed, failing which we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

So that your conditions of stay are as pleasant as possible, and that health and safety conditions are guaranteed for all, we ask you to read these regulations carefully.


All Guests (and all Visitors) must comply with the House Rules and all other instructions provided by the Property Manager, SASU IG GESTION, represented by M/Ms GRISS during their stay. The tenant signatory of the present regulations guarantees the information and the acceptance by all the participants of the latter and of the terms of the rental contract.


Visits
The use of the gîte is exclusively reserved for the persons provided for in the contract. Visits are authorized for an additional €30.00 (thirty euros) per person and per day for the use of the relaxation areas. Any visitor staying overnight will be charged at the current rate.


Location duration
This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined during your reservation, determined in your rental contract. Under no circumstances will the tenant(s) be able to claim any right to remain in the premises outside this period.


Arrival and departure

  • The uhArrival dates are scheduled for the afternoon from 5 p.m.

  • Departure times are scheduled in the morning before 10am.


Equipment provided

  • The accommodation is rented with bedding, duvets, pillows, bed linen. The beds will be made upon your arrival. You must use mattress pads and fitted sheets to wrap the mattresses, protection and pillowcases and duvet covers.

  • Towels, bath towels for the Spa/Sauna, bathrobes and slippers for the relaxation area are provided

  • Eco-labeled shower gels, shampoos and soaps are provided

  • Eco-labeled cleaning products are provided

  • Coffee beans and tea are provided and calculated according to the number of guests and the length of stay for normal consumption. They will not be replenished during the stay
     

Use of premises

  • All instructions for use of the devices will be either displayed next to them or made available in a binder provided for this purpose. You may be held responsible for damage and/or incidents if you do not comply with these instructions when using the various materials.

  • All the furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and keep them clean.

  • The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to best respect the environment, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not let the water run unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open for a long time if you use the heating.

  • All amenities are available to you, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything in the toilet bowl, except toilet paper.

  • Whenever you leave the accommodation, you are responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors are closed and/or locked in order to maintain the security of the accommodation and to prevent potential damage caused by rain.

  • The accommodation is equipped with a remote monitoring alarm, make absolutely sure to activate it and to close the front door properly when leaving the premises.

  • You are responsible for any theft and damage in the event of non-compliance with this clause.
     

Safety and propriety instructions

  • Please respect the tranquility of the premises and make use of them in accordance with their intended purpose. The sound volume, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. In the event of a conflict and/or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the customers causing the problem.

  • It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other type of large gathering on the property and any small gathering must be done in compliance with the other rules stipulated in this regulation, in particular with regard to noise and respect for the neighborhood

  • To respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to avoid noise after 10 p.m. and turn off the exterior lights when you go to bed.

  • You have two closed parking spaces in a common courtyard, be sure to respect the driving safety rules necessary for the safety of all occupants.

  • It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation. A smoking area is provided outside.

  • In the event of an emergency, please notify the emergency services (18 for the fire brigade, 15 for the Samu, 17 for the police).
     

Cleaning

  • Cleaning at the end of the stay is included, however, please take care not to leave the accommodation in disorder, in particular by ensuring the storage of furniture, objects and crockery. Otherwise and if the inventory carried out after your departure reveals an abnormally heavy state of soiling, the lessor may retain the amount of the additional cleaning caused on the deposit.

  • The dishwasher must be clean and emptied, the dishes clean and tidy. The microwave, oven and refrigerator must be left in the same state of cleanliness as on arrival.

  • Ensure good ventilation of the premises.
     

Household waste
Garbage cans are available to you. Please respect the displayed sorting rules. When you leave, please do not leave anything in the garbage cans of the apartment and make them clean. You can deposit them in the blue bin provided for this purpose located next to the parking spaces or next to the yellow bags.

Home of animals

  • Only the rental contract specifies whether the tenant is authorized to stay with his pet. If necessary, the tenant undertakes to return the rental in an irreproachable state of cleanliness, in no case revealing the presence of an animal during the stay, including outside the accommodation.

  • Animals must never be left in the accommodation in the absence of their owner. Any damage due to animals is the sole responsibility of the tenant and will be deducted from his deposit.
     

In case of problem

  • In case of failure or malfunction, please contact us without delay. We will then do our best to remedy the situation. No reimbursement for troubleshooting or repairs can be taken into account without our agreement.

  • In the event of breakage, damage or damage, please report it during your stay, even if no damage seems apparent. In the event of loss or damage to elements of the accommodation, the cost of repairs or possible replacement may be deducted from the deposit or invoiced if the amount of the repairs exceeds that of the deposit.

This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined during your reservation. In no case the/the tenant(s) cannot claim any right to remain in the premises outside this period.

Cleaning

  • End of stay cleaning is included.

  • Daily cleaning is carried out every morning with replacement of towels left on the floor. If you do not want the towels to be replaced, be sure to hang them in the places provided. If you do not want us to come in to do the daily cleaning, you should hang the "Do Not Disturb" door hanger provided on the outside handle.

 

Home of animals

  • Pets are not accepted in guest rooms. They will be free of charge in the case of a privatization in lodging.
